The birth of Harmony Community Services stems from a daughter's heartfelt promise to her parents. In 2014, when I became a registered nurse, the lonely figures in the hospital wards kept me thinking. I couldn't stop wondering: if one day my parents need care, would they meet someone who truly understands them? Could they age with dignity in the comfort of their own home? This concern ultimately turned into action. My husband—a partner who has dedicated years to eldercare and disability services—shared the same aspiration: to create a platform free of communication barriers, where every senior is cared for, and every person with special needs is seen and understood. This is not just a job; it's an extension of the promise we made to our family. We deeply understand:

• "Aging with support" is not just about having a bed, but about someone remembering your preferences.
• "Aging with care" is not merely about having food and shelter, but about the caregiver's morning greeting, "Did you sleep well last night?"
